Livermore’s 29th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration

Weekends don’t get much better than this…a lazy Saturday morning getting caught up on chores, a Bryersantis Family Dinner, then Sunday off to Livermore’s 29th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration.  Living in the heart of Livermore’s Wine Country is quite a luxury, I must say.  On Sunday, you can start your own festivities by coming to the Harvest Wine Celebration.  For tickets, winery activities and other details, please visit www.LVwine.org and check out the many activities planned for Sunday and Monday’s event.  The cost of the ticket will get you “entrance into the wineries, wine tasting from over 40 wineries, complimentary shuttle bus service (Sunday), special activities (Monday), wine discounts, commemorative wine glass, programs, and free parking.”  With all that said, some of the Bryersantis family will be pouring wine Sunday at Longevity.  We will then try to peruse a few other wineries, in hopes of finding some wines and wineries we have not tried yet.  Some of the wineries I have not visited but would like to try include Big White House and John Evan Cellars, Charles R, Chouinard, Eckert Estate, and Les Chenes.  Of course I would like to try them all, but for obvious reasons, that probably is not the best idea!  I don’t have an agenda of where I will head after pouring at Longevity, but looking forward to some great Livermore Valley Wine experiences!!!!  Hope to see you out and about in our lovely valley…cheers!
