There’s a new place in downtown Livermore that has quietly opened and if you haven’t noticed, they are all about showing Livermore love. The Winemaker’s Pour House had their soft opening about a month ago and it’s well on it’s way to becoming a huge asset to Livermore, our wineries, and our downtown. The Pour House is focused on Livermore wines and has a desire to showcase all of Livermore’s best wineries in one place. Kelly, the owner, is passionate about Livermore, it’s wines, food, art, and community. This is a gathering place for those who love and enjoy Livermore wine and those who want to see and taste what all the buzz is about. Even if your not a big fan of wine, like I use to be, you’ll still be in for a treat because the food is just as good as the wine, and who doesn’t like to eat? Last Saturday Jenny, our friend Jill, and I were out and about and really wanted to check the Pour House out. We were all impressed. I ordered a chicken parmesan panini and a glass of Ruby Hill Grapeful Red. We came back Monday with Julia only to be impressed again. I loved everything we tried and the warm s’mores panini with cinnamon was heavenly with the port. On behalf of Bryersantís I am excited to welcome the Winemaker’s Pour House and I wish them a long prosperous life in Livermore. Cheers!
