Christmas Time in Livermore

This post isn’t about Livermore wine or even wine for that matter, but that’s okay because it’s one of the perks of running a blog.  I just wanted to take a step back from the daily routine and do a little reflection.  I can’t think of a better time to reflect on life than during Christmas time.  I’m not talking about Santa Claus, Christmas trees, presents, or overeating with friends and family.  I’m talking about taking a moment to think about God’s gift to us, Jesus.  Christmas Eve is upon us.  We are just days away from the day we celebrate our Savior’s birth.  I would encourage everyone in the coming year to not make Christmas time the only time we focus on God’s gifts to us.  When you travel down those Livermore back roads and see the grape vines stretching out over the hillsides, thank God.  When you see those sweet bunches of grapes hanging low on the vines along Tesla Road ready to be harvested, thank God.  As you watch the winemaker patiently craft the fruit God has provided into a delicious masterpiece, thank God.  As you enjoy those masterpieces remember who made it all possible.  Thank God.

On behalf of the Bryersantís family I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!
